SmartAdjust™ automatically adjusts your incline from -3% to 12% and speed from 0-12 MPH based on your workout history and performance, providing an immersive, hands-free experience. Connect a heart rate monitor using Bluetooth® and enable iFIT's ActivePulse™ feature for automatic treadmill zone adjustments based on your target heart rate. The built-in AutoBreeze™ fan automatically adjusts its power based on your workout intensity, keeping you cool even during the toughest moments. Whether you prefer to use your own Bluetooth® headphones or the treadmill's two 2-inch speakers, you can listen to music and coaching.
