SmartLid, 14 functions and digital probe

The SmartLid slider lets you choose between three main modes, all using the same lid:

• Pressure mode – fast cooking for stews, rice, beans and tougher cuts of meat.
• Combi-Steam mode – combines steam and hot air for juicy inside, crispy outside results.
• Air Fry/Hob mode – air fry, bake, grill, dehydrate, sear and sauté.

The integrated digital cooking probe monitors the internal temperature of your food and helps you hit your preferred doneness, especially for steak, roasts and whole chicken.
